SuperKarts Zip Eagle TZ 250 05.10.2009 Zip Eagle fitted with a TZ 250 which has O kms since being fully rebuilt. This engine has no signs of main bearing chatter, still has hone marks in the cylinders from new and the crank has just been rebuilt for the first time since new. This kart is in excellent condition. The chassis has just been powder coated, carbon fibre fuel tank, new floor tray as well as new wing uprights and end plates. SuperKarts 250 National outfit ready to race 17.02.2010 CHASSIS 2001 Radider Chassis done around 20 race meetings from New and in immaculate condition. Rack and pinion steering, Anderson front end set up with all titanium and Alloy nuts and bolts also rear end is in titanium to. full body work done 2 meetings from new. Nearley new seat. anderson split rear sproket set up with all the gearing you could want all of which is new. Kelgate brakes all round. All alloy bits are annodised purple. The majority of the parts are quick release so maintenance is easy. it has 3 sets of wheels. one set is brand new and there are 2 brand new front wheels with 2 sets of slicks and one set of wets on them. and one older pair of wheels. comes with cams log book. ENGINE Year 2000 Honda CR250, the bottom end has done 4 hours on it and is still tight. Has a tuned cylinder on it produceing good power and plenty more avalible depending on what fuel you put through it. The top end has done one race meet since rebuild. It is fitted with a VHM cylinder head and V force reeds, Vortex programable ignition with good curves in it. Ther is also a spare cylinder that has also been tuned with a matched cylinder head which is good for shorter tracks and is in as new condition. It is fitted with a Dellorto carby which has had a lot of work done to it cost around $1800 to do and alot of time on the dyno. DATA LOGGER Mychron 4 system with new IR beacon and sensor, Download stick and softwear. Only a year old. SPARES All the carby parts you could need. Jets, Needles, clips, seals and gasgets sets x2. 5 engine sprokets and 5 sets of rear sprokets gears most of which are new. Spare rose joints all new for front end. Spare brake pads. Spare fuel pump. Lubes and 2 stroke oil and gear oil. Electric winch up stand and any other bits I have in the garrage. $11500 ono Reason for sale is im having trouble with my back so will be moving into cars possibley.
